Introductions (10min)
First Drumming (35min) - Chaos to harmony. Debrief: the collaborative process.
Building the Circle (35min) - Activities that teach listening skills, clear communication, and the importance of rapport
Break (10min)
Small Groups (30min) - make a piece of music together following 5 measurable criteria.
Small Group Performances (45min) - Focus on decision making process and distribution of power within the group.

All Full Circle Drumming sessions are customized based on
the specific goals and needs of each individual group.
Shorter sessions make excellent ice-breakers
